All deliveries are to curbside only, assistance is required for all deliveries that are carried on to site at the discresion of P M Dickson Timber, and is at the customers own risk,all deliveries are generaly made within 72 hours of order and will be booked in by telephone ,this delivery time scale is a guideline and not a guarentee please contact us direct to confirm, deliveries are available up to 30 miles from our depot and are made with our own vehicles , in all cases a signature is required on delivery of goods.

ANY DISTANCE OVER 30 MILE WILL NOT BE QUOTED FOR.
Returns policy
Goods can be returned up to 7 days from purchase, the goods must be clean and unused, any custom made panels, gates or timber specially cut to length cannot be returned unless faulty, A 10% restocking charge will be applied and good must be returned at customers own cost.
